Nazriya was born into a Muslim family to Nazimudeen, an entrepreneur, and Begum Beena, a homemaker. She spent her early years in Thiruvananthapuram and then moved to Al Ain, UAE, before returning to Kerala. She completed her schooling at Our Own English High School in Al Ain and pursued higher education at Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram.
Nazriya began her career as a television anchor on a Malayalam music show, Munch Star Singer, at the young age of 12. Her natural charm and confidence in front of the camera helped her transition into acting.
