Coming from a middle-class family, she Completed her schooling in her hometown and later moved to Mumbai to pursue her dreams in acting. Chahat’s father, Mani Pandey, passed away when she was young, and she was raised by her mother, Bhavana Pandey, along with her siblings.
Chahat made her acting debut in 2016 with the TV serial Pavitra Bandhan. Her breakthrough role came in 2019 when she played Pakhi in Hamari Bahu Silk, a Zee TV drama about a young dubbing artist.
